Solar Scammer?

I'm sharing a text conversation I have recently received from what appears to be a Solar Company Scammer in St Peters Missouri.

is GreenwayGoSolar a Solar Company Scammer? 

First Warning Sign for me:

1. any legitimate company has info on hand that will outline any proposal
2. Let me guess: For a small fee this company would sell me a list of supposed job leads. 
3. it takes more than a nice website to convince a diligent researcher who has fielded numerous requests from solar scammers in the past
4. Let's assume it's not a scammer or job lead seller- this still looks like someone who is trying to make a buck on the back of the people who are actually going to do all the work.
5. The listed flashy website mentioned - the company's solar installers spend an average of 2 days on a project to ensure there are no roof leaks.  If GreenwayGoSolar doesn't actually perform the solar installation why would they imply 2 days? 
6. Another red flag scammer alert for me is the SRC known as Solar Renewable Credits and 
7. Flashy website owner lists: past employment with Ameren UE. The dirty energy company who will stand to profit off of the SRC. 

If anyone has other info about this company feel free to let me know.
